Returns and Refunds Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Every consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws. This period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
? Free Returns Directly to Our Logistics Hub
For your maximum convenience and peace of mind, we fully cover all return shipping costs. You do not need to pay anything to send the package back.
Please be informed that all returns from European markets are processed centrally at our main logistics hub in the Czech Republic. The return process works as follows:
- Please submit your return request via email to: office@inesslingerie.com.
- We will arrange a courier to collect the package directly from your address at a convenient time – completely free of charge.
- The goods will be safely transported directly to our central facility:

?️ Mandatory Conditions for Return Acceptance:
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all manuals, documentation, and accessories.
- The item must be completely clean, showing no signs of assembly, usage, fuel, or engine oil.
- Note: We reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation charge to the refund if the product shows signs of use that exceed a basic inspection of the goods.
? Refunds
Upon receiving the shipment at our central warehouse in the Czech Republic and verifying the condition of the equipment, we will issue a full refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you selected during the original purchase.
